Business-development and partnerships specialist with 12+ years across international development, sustainable finance and entrepreneurship. At Winrock International, Leo worked on winning donor-funded programmes with USAID, GIZ and Swiss development cooperation, and formalised nearly 100 public-private partnerships with companies including Bayer, PepsiCo and AB InBev. Across his career he has helped close more than $150M in deals. A founder with two prior exits, he works in English, Spanish, Portuguese and French.
